Executive order 11246: prohibits contractors and subcontractors from discriminating in base on basis of Race!!! Report it

If you know of a team from one Ethnic group report it to the department of labor, QC violated this order any times, PLEASE do it!!

Executive Order 11246 prohibits covered federal contractors and subcontractors from discriminating on the basis of race, color, religion, s-x or national origin, and requires affirmative action to ensure equal employment opportunity without regard to those factors. E.O. 11246 is enforced by the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP).

The labor cases I've seen won are cases involving not paying/promoting minorities/women equally. When you have a person who has the same educational background, experience, and hours worked as someone else but isn't getting paid the same one else, you can make a case for equal pay and likely win, even though none of that means that you are good worker. Ellen Pao's case looked strong, but there was a strong paper trail proving she was incompetent, and thus did not deserve equal pay/promotions. Without that paper trail, she would have won that case. Who can argue that she shouldn't have a senior role with her impeccable educational background and the fact that she probably worked the same number of hours as anybody else.

In this scenario, I doubt there is paper trail. Saying that you have an entire department that's mostly Indian/Chinese means nothing. There has to something definitive that says that QC prefers hiring Asians over others. Hiring H1B's over others is a stronger case.

Graphics Hardware team is very good example for this.

in graphics system team 95% are chinese.

they all belong to bunch of companies, which means engineers have worked for managers previously.

chinese were hired from china even though its was possible to get better candidates from US, but chinese head purposely hired from china.

will this make strong case to report ? and how to report, any process outlines.

That's not going to serve as proof they're discriminating. There has to be an email, IM, or whatever that says 'let's only hire Indians and Chinese' or something like that. Again, there's already a law to prevent discrimination.

You can prove it by providing data to the department of labor:

Company, manager and all people working under the same department from same nationality or ethnicity, QC cannot change the structures on the fly.

There's already a law for this. How do you prove something like this? No one is going to leave a paper trail with this. This is symbolic. This is only to give Trump supporters hope.
