On Insite it appears all the "new" roles are posted internally as of Friday January 20th. A Retail Sales Floor Lead is one of the new positions. Reading through the job description it states they will have keys to the store to open and close and also perform cash office duties. It also states "Bachelor Degree preferred". I couldn't help but start to laugh. A degree for what? A $12 an hour job they were paying a sales manager $40-50K a year to do. It's basically the same job description as a Sales Manager posting....
