Thread regarding Oracle Corp. layoffs

SaaS revenue pull through - fact or alternative fact?

So SC has claimed on quarterly analysts calls that ever & of SaaS revenue pull with it an additional $8 of other service revenue. Is that true and if so what is that service revenue. Surely not oracle consulting which is tiny so what else could this be? Or is this just an alternative truth?

What's happened to that lawsuit by a former oracle accountant who claimed that cloud revenue was booked incorrectly ?

I guess oracle is still learning about cloud - LE is a few years behing everybody else on this topic, thus R&D - LOL!

The accounting around here is strong magic indeed. The stuff they are allowed to book as cloud "sales" is mind blowing. Or how about claiming most (if not all) of the cloud operations costs as "R&D"?
