Raises are in the system. But when they decided last year to give no raises it wasn't decided until just before we were going to give raises out. You won't know for sure until your manager gives you your raise slip late February thru end of March. MIP is due March 10
1.2%??? They should be ashambed and be given the same %,
They can keep thier 1.2%
My direct supervisor told us that a 1.2% raise average is for the non-exempts. (Hourly Paid).
Not heard regarding MIP. I do know it's not st 10% of base but 5%
And what is the budget for the MIP?
2.5% average
In the Dept I work people are getting between 1.5 and 5% in the US.
Yes. But not even. Reward the "top 10%" performers. Give the rest sh*t.
Yes. I have entered merit increases for my team into GCP.
yes...math makes sense...up pay 2.5% then furlough for 2% or more of the time and expect the same output as if furlough didn't happen. PERFECT!
The bean counters did the math and management decided that if they give 2.5% and then furlough people 2 weeks during the year, it will still provide a positive impact to the bottom line.
Yes and MIP hearing 2.5
Yes....
