Thread regarding Sears layoffs

Sears delighting its members

A customer, no I mean a member, was so angry at the lack of service at Sears that he went after an employee with an ax.

Wow. Eddie has cut the staff too far below what is needed. Very irresponsible. SHLD needs to make sure there is enough staff and management to make sure its employees are protected. There are crazies out there and a 19 year old kid should not have had to endure that

Seriously though, i hope the employee is okay, that would be very upsetting. That should have never happened.

Just wait a few years and you'll probably be reading this employees account of that 'incident' on Reddit!!

I am glad that he wasn't hurt though.

I felt really bad for the new trainee posting on pebble that this was one of the first things witnessed at his new job. Welcome to Sears.

That's one way to "get the ax"

I feel bad for the employee of course. The irony is the employee probably would appreciate some good service from Sears too.

But -- since employee appears to be safe, I'm laughing. An ax? Sold by Craftsman. I mean Black & Decker.
