Blindly moving development to BLR to fake some numbers does not does not help, even in short run. Don't know believe me, just go use IE7 . https://blogs.msdn.microsoft.com/ie/2005/10/28/introducing-the-ie-team-at-the-india-development-center-idc/. Thanks to IE7 they were not able recover from it even after moving back development to US and 4 more versions. Even the Indian CEO of MS could not fix it. Finally they gave up, these days they call it "Edge" and it runs on top of engine same as Chrome.
Who cares? we are a travel solutions company, not a travel technology, Right MSM.
