I concur with above statements. The design of leadership is bound to fail and questions Qualcomm's leadership development process. The weaknesses of leadership may not be visible on sunny days. However, it would be wide open in rainy season. A third party evaluation of CE leaders ( Dir+) may reveal the true picture of their real skill and capability.. In addition to the technology portfolios, I wish Qualcomm executives pay heed on leadership development programs..
Anyone from CE team can tell?
In India this is a tribal custom. When some one dies everyone from that village will sit around that dead body. They howl and cry while they tap their mouth with their hands, and they call the entire village. This is what the QC CE team reminds me of. Here it is not a dead body, it is a dead phone. You can actually see the CE Directors and VP's praying to god and believing in voodoo to make the problem go away.
Anyone knows the time frame? I don't receive any notice.
CE will be gone, all support moving to India
