Does anyone know if the HR layoffs are done yet? What HR departments (corporate, store, sam's gec) were impacted?

HR leadership is filled with people from Accenture who have little understanding of the Walmart Culture and do what consultants do, reduce head count and outsource work to other consultants and in the long term increase costs exponentially! Then we start the cycle again of hiring and getting rid of consultants !
I've heard that four outside recruiting firms are in competition to take over recruiting for us. The Recruiting org will be virtually eliminated except for a team to manage the outside firm and some strategy work.
More to come as some corporate HR functions have not been touched as yet.
