buy troubling semi companies
chop it off into little pieces
Move all the engineering and manufacturing and QA/test to India/China where the company only needs to pay 1/10 the salary (they don't even bother with the hassle of H1-Bs)
sell the companies piece by piece
find the next acquisition target and repeat 1-4
Broadcom understands the fundamental principle in america....

Yep, if by doing you mean factory work and menial jobs, we all know that who can do it better. By the way, Koreans have started hiring south Asians in record numbers.
All you listed in valid, but not the real reason.
The real reason is the top management is filled with Chinese instead of Indian. In Asia, we already know for a fact that Indian is good at talking only. When it comes to actual work, you need to rely on East Asian which is Chinese, Japanese , Korean etc.
Just compare South Asian countries vs East Asian, and its very obvious.
