That should be "prorated APB" -- (too many TLAs...)...

Anyone who took last year's ERP will get 50% of this APB. It is a "regular" retirement benefit to get a prorated ERP (as well as prorated retirement contribution). Since all (or most) who took ERP were mustered out 1/2 way through the year, the prorating will be 50%. This is clearly stated in the ERP description as a benefit that will be received along with the "enhanced" benefits of ERP.
@vim - the Verbiage in the ERP doc said it was paid as a prorated lump sum

ABP for ERP (June 2016) will be 50% ...should get it the 1st week of February. It was not paid in the lump sum payout!
