Some regions have started nutritional info product labels and signs and I haven't heard a thing. I don't see how this will be possible to pull off before the federal deadline. So many prep foods products are made on the fly to use up ingredients. How the hell is this going to get done properly?

Spot on. In that environment the guy that does it right and by the book is the guy that's slow as f--- and holds everyone up.
lololololol following recipes??? This company thinks frustrated team members will actually measure things when the team leader isn't looking?? Nevermind the TL never measuring, because expert chef, yo. Then you have the people that want to measure, but can't math for the life of them. Then there's the small 1% of TMs that do measure and do it correctly, and care. They are slow as $%^#.
We rolled it all and all that happens is you start following the recipe to a T with 0 substitutions. Need to make sure you're ordering right for what's in the matrix. It's not rocket science.
