Maybe it's then saying that we changed our mind about FT team members having to have open availability. Even though we ended up letting go so many good TM's because of this during the re-structuring...oops. WF's changes a dumb decision that should have never been made in the first place.
They've done them twice a year in some regions for the past 2 years. Just some speakers, seminars, team building, bland stuff. Same corporate stuff lots of companies retail and others do with management. Nothing evil or crazy. Just boring for people who have to go to some hotel or conference center who'd rather be at their own store working
This looks like an annoying mini-tribal.
