No one should have to put up with being called names and having to put up with people that do. It is ashamed that the company will not fire them. It is sad they are allowed to remain and force the people that do their job for them. Maybe I should quit and then the company will see who the real worker was.

Perhaps a nice, quiet safe place where you are not triggered would be a great solution that absolves you of being an adult. Alternatively, just grow up and realize that not everyone has to be nice to each other. In fact you don't have even to like them, share everything, or even have the same opinions.
