I have held jobs I didn't particularly like, but I have never hated a company I worked for.... until now. Humana is a immoral, greedy, and heartless company. I don't understand how management can mistreat their employees and everyone looks the other way. No one stands up. No one says this isn't right. Coaches don't speak up for their teams. Us bottom feeders are suffering the most. I don't know how anyone from coach level up sleeps at night. Is money that important? Is a job that important? That you would sell your soul?!?! I feel so bad for my members. They are being raked over the coals and treated like crap. Humana takes their money every month, but doesn't want to provide care. As a Registerd Nurse I can no longer do this job. I can't go another day being mistreated and short changing my members. I am not selling my soul for a few measles dollars and the ability to sit at home. I would rather pound the floors in a hospital. This company has wicked and evil leadership. I will no longer be a part of this corrupt company.

They mislead you in the interview telling you how "flexible" the job is but in reality the only "flexing" is from the associate not the company. Associates are expected to work "extended" hours to meet metrics and be flexible to schedule changes at last minute to "meet business needs".
My coach stood up. For her employees and our members Guess what. She got the ax. We get jerked around like cattle. Its ridiculous.
