Dear Kmart APM. Please do not associate the word smart and still standing at kmart in the same sentence. Nothing about you still being employed by Kmart is smart. No one with any small piece of intelligence believes Sears/Kmart has more than a year left, so no im sorry to inform you but you are the last thing fro smart

After being conference calls with the Kmart APMs since we switched to the "shared services" model, I can confirm that they probably have a combined brain cell count of about 3.5

Sears tends to have more qualified managers than Kmart. When Kmart managers move to Sears it is recognized as a promotion. Harder work doesn't mean better talent

WFM just depends on how efficient your SM and HR are at cleaning the system .. don't take it a a sure sign your time at SHC is up.

What makes you feel that Sears AP is more important than Kmart AP? Kmart employees work twice as hard and have a rougher customer and shoplifter! Sears peeps are spoiled!

Maybe the Sears AP is taking over KMart AP? Odd about WFM because we have all manner of former employees in ours.

Maybe they're just changing what the dept is called and that deleted all the schedules? At the store level, when you move from one job to another even if it's lateral & with the same mgr, such as MCA to cashier, your schedule disappears from the system. It's like you don't exist.

My store just hired a new AP associate this week to join the several already in place. Although Sears isn't always rational, why would they hire him 2 days before layoffs? Store is level 4.

Market AP conference calls set for Friday.....that doesn't sound like a mass exodus to me! Nor does it sound like you know what you're talking about, again.
