Things are going downhill fast. I have received two online orders for softlines via UPS. Even the UPS driver was confused but it does say to deliver to Sears Auto as the ship to address. The shipping label and the paperwork both state Sears Softlines.
So now I have an order of some nice hand soaps and a pair of ladies print leggings. And here is the thing, the orders show up in a our TPOS system but there is nothing we can do with them. We don't have the skus in our system so TPOS won't let us complete the order. It says to scan the barcode and do whatever FLS does. We can't do that because our system won't allow it.
Your hand soaps and lingerie are with the guys in the Auto Center. We're sorry.
I have no idea what is going on.
