I have not been scheduled yet. ( for the training taking place in Pittsburgh) No one is talking about the content of the training once they have completed it. Does anyone have any insight on what the current training for Sales Consultants is about? I'm nervous that I haven't been scheduled because they have a RIF to present to me in the next round of RIF's And is April accurate for the next RIF's that are coming or Is that just a rumor ?

CSSC & BSBC wireline call center agents are called sales consultants.
get the f--- out of here with your "sales consultant" verbiage. actual employees know their own title and it certainly isn't "consultant".
@pbg - "They will train you and RIF you the very next day." You've got that right. Oh and don't forget they'll send you on EWA away from family for weeks, expect you to work 70+ hours a week and still RIF you. It's all about the 5G (five goons) getting their bonuses off the backs of the employees, stockholders, and tax payers.
Is the training on how to slam even MORE overpriced accessories?
Or maybe it's on how to convince the customer they aren't getting ripped off?
Maybe it's about how to cram even more tablets and worthless connected devices down some poor, retired old ladies throat who's on a fixed income.
Don't worry, this cluster f-- of a company is not organized enough to exclude you from a training because they know you are getting RIF'd. They will train you and RIF you the very next day.
