Does anybody know the policy on people who received ISP working on Intel facilities after one yr

Guys if a VSP leaves and comes back will they get same pay or does it depend on location cost of living index? Meaning in lower cost regions a lower salary? Does benefit get reinstated or do they start over on vacation and sabbatical? Could be beneficial to take VSP next time and try and come back after a year.
The OP may be asking if ISPs will be allowed on site as a green badge after a year. I have no idea what the official policy may be now, or if there is some tacit understanding between Intel and their contractors.
It depends on whether the ISP is performance related or not.
My understanding is that ISPs cannot be rehired ever if performance related. VSPs and non-permance related ISPs on the other hand can be rehired but have to give their severance package back if returning before one year.
No one sane would go back and check this rules anyway.
