Right now there is no innovation, QCT used to be a company who cares about their employees, now everything is about to save penny's. There is no support for education, even library was shutdown. My advice to all young and talented engineers is to look for a better opportunity out there, there is no future here and more cuts and reductions coming. Good luck to all.

The increase in the number of promotion to Sr. staff has become sooo easy. I see a lot of people who has been promoted senior engr to Sr. Staff in barely 4-5 years. That's 2 promos in 5 years!
Usually as you go to senior levels it is supposed to be harder to get promoted. And now in Qualcomm promos to Sr. Staff is given out so easily.... Sounds horrible and makes the promo cheap!
Specially folks that have got this promotion. In last 2-3 years, most likely are undeserved and mostly through connections to bad unethical managers.
