People stop whining and look for another job if you're so unhappy. Anyone complaining on this board is so weak and pathetic. Have some self respect. Spend your time and energy updating skillsets and your resume. Companies come and go.. that is the lifecycle of business.
One of the reason why Sears and Kmart is so garbage is because we're littered with desperate under qualified employees who actually waste their time sharing their pathetic fears and insecurities... don't complain we're not amazon.. you have no chance at being hired at amazon.. for those pining for the glory days of yester year.. take a long hard look in the mirror... maybe your tired over weight @$$ is part of the reason this company has been slowly circling the drain for the last decade. If you had better options you wouldn't be posting here or still working at shc. So what you can blame mgmt for is that they cant afford to pay someone good enough fact to replace you so they have to settle for you. I'm trying to change this company to be an online company. . Yes I'm doing a piss poor job but that is beside the point. I can't just come out and tell you ppl that that ia my goal since our bloated infrastructure is still sadly relting on store sales... but hey.. I'm a hedge fund manager so I'm perfectly hedged whether company succeeds or fails. I have a risk free loan to the company that i own paying a high interest rate secured by the best RE in our portfolio...so my advice to you guys is not to be so emotionally attached and look for another job if you can. But as long as you're s---ing off my teets I'm going to assume that you have no ither options...so a thank you for your paycheck..and may i have another will suffice
