I trained a bunch of guys in India to do my job over webex last year, and think this will come back to bite me. Seems like I don't talk to any US employees anymore. I doubt Thomas Edison would be a fan of outsourcing of American jobs.
There are going to be even MORE cuts before end of Q3, on the US side. This will be a real Summer of Discontent for those of us poor souls who decided to work for the General.
I believe this costout was hinted at from the beginning. Windsor HRSG and Boiler Service is being affected. HRSG reduced in favor of Doosan. Boiler service to be choked out of existence by slashing of Sales and market intelligence team.
