Meritocracy and diversity simply won't work together. You can't hire the best while keeping a quota for URM at the same time.

When you don't desire to be the best you don't need to hire the best, look who the BoD selected!
What is likely to happen is that being a woman soon no longer qualifies for hiring diversity.
What happen to hiring the best which Intel is not obviously doing based on last few years hires, and no more obvious than in Santa Clara
