I was terminated for failing a drug test! This is what they said the company policy is to give 2 hours and I was only given 1and a half hour notice. Is this legal or do I have a case.

Treatment is only an option if you confess before you are selected for a drug test. Once you are selected it is only pass/no-pass.
Don't they have to offer some sort of treatment plan before termination?
Your record will not follow you. It is illegal for the former company to share the information.

Get a job in upper management, never have seen or heard of anyone there being tested nor funnily enough any IT staff although they were off their faces most days especially Mondays !!!! Now where did I put that spliff ????

That funny the last time i was randomly tested was at Weatherford (and I passed). That was a long time ago too. Nothing you can do about it, done deal.Don't waste your time or money. Take your savings and put em into marajuna penny stocks I hear they willgo through the roof soon. Oh, and smoke em if you gotta em. :P
You are an idiot to do drugs at weatherford. You make it through layoffs and all the other random drug screens. Eveyone knows they do tandoms to keep from paying out severences. It doesn't matter if you think it should be 2 hours or whatever, if you get drawn you pee asap before you can alter the results. I have no sympathy for failed drug tests. Even for the people in Ca or Co. Wft drug policy is clear. Again you are an idiot and iwn up to your mistake and hold yorself accountable.

That's crazy. If you weren't dirty you wouldn't need that long. When anyone in our group gets a random we just take the form and go straight there. Thirty minutes tops. Why would you need two hours?
