SM position is being reduced. Exact cuts unknown, final death count is still being tallied. Number in the hundreds maybe even thousands.

SMB specialist reduction, it turns out reducing plans and adding jetties isn't as easy to do with the new unlimited plan. Update your resumes and click apply on everything.

C stores, it's not your fault. Indirects cost half the price and sometimes drive close to the same revenue. Please update your resumes, I bid you farewell and may Lowell have mercy on your soul.

If you are in some fluff retail support/operations role you should probably also consider yourself on the sh-- list, the days of wondering when someone is going to respond to your email about the inability to correctly adjust inventory in and out of the new retail inventory system will no longer be a burden for you. Just write it off until you get the final notice, the feds will audit them eventually anyways.

Floating GM...More like gone after friday PM.

What have you heard about the floating GM position?

Expose all the lies and unethical business practices Verizon management makes its sales reps do to get to their ridiculously high targets to satisfy directors , investors and all the big wigs

If reps are going to go down they need to bring everyone down with them. Someone should report Verizon to the Securities Exchange Commission... they over inflate their sales figures which they then report on finance documents to investors and consumers

Let's be honest, how much inventory does an RSS need to save from loss to pay for their job? At the end of the day, their store would have to be an extreme liability to the company to even justify the role...

This was all in fun coming from a dark sense of humor, there is some truth in what I said and more of it will hit on target than not unfortunately.

My SMBS is a rockstar, she deserves her job. It's a shame the retail environment has come to this.

As a company we let the competition dictate our industry and now to stay afloat it's the heads of the Frontline that will roll.

I'm not believing anything until it comes from management. What's best for the company is what is best, there's no sense clutching onto the past. All any one can do is work hard, take pride in their work, and seek to provide growth and profitability. What happens will happen.

If your SMBS was only "reducing plans and adding Jetties" they weren't doing it right.

Is this all confirmed? All "C" stores? Do you have any info on which DMs or areas at least? I REALLY HATE mine... and well i hope I'm one of the SMs that lives on as you brutally put it lol

That's a rough read... I know you are trying to make light of the situation but any idea exactly when and where the cuts to various roles will happen ?
