No incentives for us, that is correct. That is not Humana though, it is corporate America. It is happening in every large business in America. When we ask for a raise, we are told "just be happy you even have a job." What fuels this problem even more is that typically women make 70% of what men make and nursing has a majority female representation. There won't be raises for us here or in many areas in health care. That is why the middle class is vanishing.

This is why Humana is going down the drain. Corporate greed.
Meanwhile, coworkers scramble to put back the pieces on their final day. I thought JM leaving was a "retirement" after years of dedicated service. Severance doesn't seem to add up. why is it so difficult for humana to just speak honestly?
