My RSS is here but not my GM, if it's happening today it's not happening first thing in the morning
wireline had a bad q1. They have growth again now but it's because they went crazy with promos. You're next.

I don't think I'm getting fired (I'm an SM), because my boss actually said if I couldn't make the call tomorrow it was no big deal, they'd "give me the rundown" (their words, not mine) when I got back from vacation next weekend. Something tells me there would have been a different choice of words if I was getting axed.
Also, my reps (whoever is still left anyway) would probably unionize if I got the boot, since I actually give them sh!t for proactively making calls, or apologizing for naked phones. I'm not lazy, I just don't like pestering people who are already smart enough to realize what they sell or not IS their paycheck and mine. They have 3 other managers for that.

There is a call for all SMs tomorrow from what I was told. I heard they are even bringing SMs in from other stores once they close. So if you have two SMs, you get a 3rd one to micromanage you and make you feel like sh-- when you don't slam a hum to Grandma and Grandpa with basic phones and free on star in the car already.
Haven't heard anything from GM since about 3pm today.

Wireline is actually hiring. It's now the only part of the business with growth.
