I been a manager for long time at verizon I know the in and out of those trash leadership of what they do it's all favoritism and retaliation when it comes to laying off or firing someone it's up to the district manager and store manager they take everything as a joke Verizon leadership is destroying people life and it's based on couple of trash leaders they the biggest racist and that's why they have the most law suits against them

One store doesn't need 5 or even some cases 6 SM. Just waste of money. Why they hired so many SMs beyond my imagination. I saw sometimes 4/5 SMs on the floor basically doing nothing. Sad that some of the Managers had to go but was a good move. Hopefully company will not make the same mistake again.
As A GM I can tell you we had no input on the process. In fact the news was shocking when we were informed at basically the last minute.

In my opinion, grammatically correct language and an ability to spell, or, at very least, a willingness to utilize spellcheck, speaks volumes about a person and their work ethic.
I do Totally agree with the above commont i still work for Verizon and I seen greatest sales reps and manager get fired for nothing because they retaliate against them today was a sad day for a lot of employees and there families this is the corporate life they have no heart and they don't care.
