Thread regarding Bank of America layoffs

Time to exercise your stockholder right to vote:

Split of CEO/Chairman roles back on the ballot at BofA

The proposal up for a vote wouldn't necessarily strip Brian Moynihan of either job, but would ask the board to adopt a policy that the chairman and CEO spots be separate whenever possible.

Not too much of a surprise - shareholder advisory shops ISS and Glass Lewis are recommending investor vote in favor of the measure.

Bank of America's (BAC -0.3%) annual meeting is on April 26.

Nothing makes me vote against something faster (or vice versa) than having the BOD recommend for or against an item for vote.

BM's doing a great job! He's finally found a great New BAC idea for generating revenue - layoffs! Seems to be working really well, keep it up, who needs skills and expertise anyway? At least this one area where we can beat Goldman just on sheer numbers.

I was going to buy a share of bAC but I got the munchies and decided to go to Walmart and buy Oreo cookies and milk instead. I am much happier now.
