We do that at Sears too. Drive away the few that actually show up for the 1st few days with the computer training.

Resets, integrity or anything never gets done. All about freight. Two trucks a week with 1300 pieces each and no bodies is quite hard. Been hiring but never see them...

Well that sounds fun. Our store (like many others, I'd venture) already has too few associates to get anything done. For every five new associates hired, two seem to never show up for their first day, two are utterly incompetent and either stick around taking up space or just stop showing up without notice eventually, and the one that is actually capable has a better than 50% chance of finding a higher-paying job elsewhere. In the meantime, the DM is harassing our HR to get training done so all the new associates who actually show up are stuck in the training room rather than doing any actual work.
