HCL and cognizant (both heavily in AIG) are being sued for hundreds of millions for their "work. After these companies sue, they should fire the executive that signed up to off shore this work. Anyone who has ever worked with these off shore firms know that it is s complete disaster even to get to to the most basic tasks completed.
I'm assuming the allegation for kickbacks paid to AIG employees in exchange for contracts. Does anyone have a link to the filings, curious to see which names are involved. This would explain a great deal of the wasteful use of Cognizant across AIG IT.
Multiple lawsuits filed against Cognizant Technology Solutions Corp over alleged breaches of fiduciary duties in connection with potential violations of the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act ("FCPA").
