Why did Verizon in M---ord, CT on the Boston Post Road lay off 10 employees on April 6,2017?

A. 10 people did not get laid off from that store.
B. Why did you not fully spell M---ord, CT yet basically put the full address?
I wonder why none of these layoffs show up on recent WARN notice sites. This is public knowledge but I never see Verizon listed. Somehow they manage to "fly under the radar"...

ummmmm why did Verizon close productive call centers and layoff hundreds and hundreds of productive employees? not sure what you are getting at? Heard more consolidations are to hit in B2B and the CBO position. High paid and Capped employees be ready.
Reduction in labor cost, reduction in real estate, they were not meeting company expectations, etc. Sky is the limit on reasons why. Company is not generating enough revenue and too much debt, cuts have to occur. Not saying that that is the solution but apparently that is all this company knows how to address things.
