Low task amount in CHE regional queues.

The HAH CHE regional queues have been been very low recently and other times this year and it's only April........

Not sure you can task SNP HCMSSs anymore. I'm fairly certain they have had rosters for the past few months and no longer work out of queues. Most likely that is why your task is still pending? Is it true StayHealthyenrollment was also shut down? That can't mean anything good....:(

They did away with the nurse line magnet; "not sure if or when they will be in stock." Penny wise and dollar foolish. I am so tired of asking the same questions at the end of the call every two weeks and/or month. My members are too. They are cutting me off during the disclaimer and at the end of the call more often now. They are more intelligent than this. Not every member has a memory problem. I thought we were supposed to know our members and instead I feel like a robot.

Not SNP, but HCCP, and we are still tasking CHEs and SS....only difference is encouraging the CHE PHI line vs sending out PHI

I think what a previous poster meant was that an ICT initiated for an HCM SS referral did not get addressed even after the follow up call a month later. Not sure why that person was consulting an HCM SS, as my team was told to stop using the HCM SS for ICT and to provide resources on the call. In that case the HCM RN opens and closes an ICT, which is not really coordination as per the current definition anyway, so one isn't even needed in this case

Then why would you say the SS hadn't completed the ICT when they aren't supposed to? You are making zero sense. Plus if you are SNP then obviously the SS role is different in that program. Not sure if you're clueless or just super confused!

interdisciplinary care team. It's a referral to show coordination for SNP.

Keep in mind that the SNP associates have been given different direction about tasks. HCCP has not restricted the HCMs on tasking to HCMSS or CHE. What is ICT?

If tasks don't pick up soon expect another layoff of CHEs.

What does ICT mean?

As a HCNRN for HAH I open these ICT and nothing has been done. The ICT is a month out and has not been addressed, you have to stop these HCMSS referrals.

We were told in SNP not to task che and if we do we have to explain why. If the member could not take resource we have to try teverything before we task che, so tasking the che is the last option and if we do we have explain why.

I've been following this since the layoff. If you scroll through the posts you'll see that A few weeks ago people reported on here that their coaches instructed to no longer task CHEs. I hope you guys are safe!

If you mean not getting as many tasks that could be a result of fewer HCMRN's due to many have resigned.
