aldf, The recent job posting by Seneca Corp would not indicate a precursor to Chevron asset sale. If for any reason there is a back room deal being hashed out for Chevron to sell any part of SJVBU, to anyone, the buying company will be assuming the current Chevron employees who support the field. That's the standard agreement in place and the Chevron employees can count on a guaranteed minimum of 1 year of employment.
