Oh no here we go again. Negative comments and guessing we all know the future. Here's my guess. I believe we own two other facilities in the nearby area. He is probably just relocating to be more financially responsible as opposed to leasing a facility.

The DDC is not closing. The lease on the current building expires May 2018 and that operation will be relocated. The location has not been determined.

It was approx 1 million square feet. Is that large for a Sears warehouse? Any idea how many we have left?
The warehouse the has the appliances. they store and deliver to the stores and delivery services (MDO) for installation.
