i heard some regions began laying off their co managers to get to the new guidelines. Others said we aren't letting anyone go. Anybody have any info? That's a lot of people losing their jobs!

What is the structure? How do you know how many you get
in the western division we saw the new store structure but that was months ago. no one had said anything about it since. is each division adopting this and if so when?
I was offered a position 1.20mins away or step down.
They sure are but most are being demoted and doing it voluntarily based on fear of losing position due to being given false information on timelines or severance pay so they are making the decision blindly but no one is speaking up asking for information or maybe even a document showing this direction
