Open work space what a terrible concept this has caused so many problems and is now leading to so called "leaders" that want to move up to management guess how they do it? By running to the Boss with all the "information" they have overheard through out the day. The culture is so cut throat and backstabbing now its just not the same company anymore.

It will be gone as soon as they realize the absence rate has gone up because of the germs being spread by desk sharing. Unless they are too stupid to realize that!
Other companies shot down this whole concept years ago. So why is it surprising our "leadership" thinks it's the best thing ever. They're known for buying into things that were relevant years ago.
What is funny is when they go around their boss and burn them. Oh and then get that job when they couldn't do the original job!!
You don't like being able to constantly overhear 10 other people on conference calls?
Its normal to vent through out the day now you can't even do that for fear that your off handed comment will get you in trouble with your boss. People its normal to complain and work STOP the tattling it only makes YOU look bad.
