Your English speaks volumes! There are many URMs--Hispanics, Native Americans and African Americans- with sterling credentials from Tier 1 schools who are turned down by managers like you who fill their groups with their kinsmen. If that is not discrimination, then how do you call that? Even focals are distributed to your kinsmen without regard to what is ACTUALLY contributed. These stories must be told. SAD.

Such a practice ensures that consideration is given to deserving minorities. Take a look at most groups and you would be surprised to see that the group is full of the kinsmen of the manager.
Hardly do you see a group whose manager is a Hispanic, Native American or African American with all members of that group being from the manager's race. But I bet you you can see other groups that do not have a single member of any of those URMs.
Intel claims that it is dedicating some money to hiring URMs, but it seems to just be a big league smokescreen and propaganda. If one has a racist manager, Intel can not protect one from that racist manager as the avenues for redress are not in the favor of the employee. Now, that's the real truth!
