PER Survey Open

PER survey is open, emails went out yesterday evening with the link. I debated not taking it at all, what's the point when nothing changes, then rethought about it and I think if everyone would go in and answer "strongly disagree" to all the questions, that would send a stronger message. Only question I answered agree to was if the workplace was safe, for the most part that's accurate. My site is bribing us with a treat if we hit a participation goal...lol, what treat is that, the furlough that is coming in Q2?

I gave all positives. I like to shine it on. I always take the "Well I'm with you gentlemen" approach. Fake smile. Thumbs up.

I heard nothing from Glendale management after the deadline where it looked like they were not going to get their participation level...... oh well, no free breakfast burritos .

@1ZGT I agree. HON cares about PER survey results less than the Communist News Network (CNN) cares about reporting facts!

I can tell you that filling it out is 100% non value added. They read the responses but they don't care and they wouldn't take any actions to improve anything anyway. Keep in mind, they're trying to make us all quit so if anything, they use the PER results to see what we dislike the most so they can do more of that.

Direct supervisor = all management. If you think they aren't pressured to get in line and do their masters' bidding, you're sadly mistaken.

They've been getting crappy PER results for the past couple years, and they point blank don't care.

They know the issue, they know they caused it, and as long as they get paid they don't care.

Fill it out honestly, but don't expect it to have an impact.

Dont fill out the survey until you hear what our new CEO spews out. Likely he has to project to Wall st, that he is in charge, so the hammering of employees will be that much harder!!! Read between the lines and be prepared. Looking forward to a furlough or severence check.

I'm ignoring the survey. By achieving the response goal, we get an ice cream social, and leadership gets a bonus. Nobody will read the responses anyway.

If they really wanted to know how the employees felt, they wouldn't say answer based on your direct supervisor. It's not as much an issue with direct sups as it is with the leadership. What a bunch of nonsense and waste of time! I'm so glad I have moved on!

Seems like most of the questions had to do with direct supervision, so I went with "agree" for most of them. Burned them good with the comment block at the end, though.

Yeah, our site had a "treat" with a popcorn machine two years ago as PER Incentive, How nice to enjoy a free bag before a furlough or a RIF. Still think that HR cooks the books on the favorably percentage from the survey.
