Not every company is laying off. I left Vz in February on my own to join a smaller Fortune 500 company. We're growing like crazy. Vz leadership is driving the company in the ground, not the economy. The Vz culture is toxic. In some cases the grass is greener. Don't assume because Vz is failing in all/most areas all companies are.
