What are the PIP leaves for Solution Specialists and how long does it take for a previous write up to be null and void (meaning if you were written up 4 months ago, nothing since then, does it go to the next step if you were to be written up 4 months later)? PIP is going to be a common so we must be knowledgeable. Managers won't give straight answers.

Shouldn't it be a policy that's easily accessible? Something wrong if you can't get this info without asking HR or manager as it should readily available for anyone to look up
PIP means they really don't want you around anymore, and it is just a formal process to make the lawyers in HR happy. Only a small % survive a PIP, but that just makes them more determined. Smart thing to do is to move on and enjoy life.
Dude, it is a written policy. Ask for it from your manager or HR and read it.
