People who are getting paid a salary and who actually execute their managers' requests? Wow, that is truly weird! I thought we could all do whatever the F we want!
Why bother? We know managers only do what they are told by their bosses. They are secretaries.
The MFT/LFT thing went away quite awhile ago, actually. So this is nothing new. To be honest, it was an outdated tool and HR was planning to come up with something more effective but I think they never did.

@veb : if I followed your recommendation, I would appear a restless job hopper. Just wait a few months and you will get a new boss automatically. reasons are reorganisation, promotions, resignation etc.

You don't like your manager, then quit and go somewhere else. People who constantly complain about their managers are the biggest jokes, because they obviously can't get anything else anywhere else.
