Vz is greedy,everytime ypu call them they want to sell you something or shove it down your throat,i swithed 4 phone to t moblie for half of what i was paying vz.i was a vz customer for the last 16 years,and cannot even give you a 10% break,so i gave myself a 50% break for life by switching to t-moblie...vz doesnt care about their long time customers.so i left bottom line service is the same and i got more with t-moblie for half the price.

VZ needs to wake up touting their network as so superior and "Better Matters".
This isn't 2007 anymore where Sprint, TMobile were garbage. Your average person cannot tell the different between VZ network and others. They are flocking to cheaper plans.
