I guess we will find out something next week? All we know is, we are graduating over 18,0000 members and are not enrolling new ones. We get no updates. Crickets. Not knowing what's next is the worst! 100% of my coworkers - at least the ones I speak with regularly in this department - are job hunting.

So are yo all saying with these members "graduating" in May, it is very possible for more lay-offs to occur? Maybe even to include social workers and nurses?
Oh boy... I was told the same thing when I was an HCCP! In January, "this is so exciting, we can catch up on reds!"... then you're over caught up, calling people you called last month because you are too caught up...graduating "healthy" members... then BAM! Laid off

During that meeting when they told us Stay Healthy and HCCP would merge that automatically told me there would be more jobs lost. So if you are in Stay Healthy don't believe them brushing it off saying get caught up on your reds. I'm in HCCP and don't feel secure either. I really don't believe anything leadership tell us.
I'm not disputing the fact that it doesn't look good for SH, I just wish the communication were more straightforward. Or at the very least, they could cut out the spin.
Did they tell you that 18,000 members are graduating? Well it is.
If Stay Healthy is being phased out, my team didn't get the memo. All we got, in terms of updates, was that they stopped enrolling participants, were graduating a large number, and "this would be a great opportunity to catch up on red alerts." I remember some mention - during previous all associates meeting - of combining hccp and SH, but haven't heard anything since.
Fcms were laid off with the first round, I thought they said stay healthy was being phased out?
Have the FCMs been laid off? I haven't heard anything. HCCP is the HAH Chronic Care Program. It sounds as if Stay Healthy is slowly folding, but things change around here so frequently, who knows.
Do we know anything about field care managers getting laid off? What is HCCP? Are the members all being moved to the stay healthy program?

Some sort of change has to be coming. Stay Healthy moving out 18,000 and closing enrollment. HCCP moving out 4,000 members and closing commercial enrollment to HAH. CHE queues are empty and it can only be a matter of time until the rest are sorely hurting. Has anyone gotten ANY information or inkling as to what to expect? Best guess is with the month ending and the changes happening in May, we'll know soon. :(
