I have seen this occur many times. it's Laughable. VPs get moved to another sector....
Honeywelll has a philosophy of promoting people who fail, no other company promotes people to Dirctor who have failed at what they do. For instance everyone who has managed the NGFMS program has not prevented it from being a RED program yet they each get promoted to Director, F up and promote up
It is the hard working people that make it happen. Not so anymore because who remains is not very motivated.
I disagree in the sense that success occurs in spite of Honeywell, not because of Honeywell.
