Why has no one filed a gender orage discrimination against these monsters.
From everyone I have talked to many 50 to 60 year olds were given a "PACKAGE". WAKE Up

2 of the 3 let go were the oldest in the store. A 4th, who accepted a supervisor job was the 3rd oldest. Out with the old (experienced) and in with the new. Of course when you look over the "list" all ages were affected.
It's hard to prove. I don't work for Macy's but it's happening in my company, too. They have gone through and gotten rid of all the long tenured folks and are replacing them with younger workers that they can churn and burn and pay less.
Once you start approaching 40 years old they don't want you anymore. Nothing you can do about it.
