This will still look like Obamacare, hence republicans would hate them. It would not have the same implementation details, hence democrats will hate them. It will surely be an interrupt on business as usual.
The great thing about this proposal is that since even the GOP dont really like it.most likely it is dead....And then 7 years of empty promises from the GOP about repeal and replace.....This will lead to a very nice GOP congressional bloodbath which the GOP will lose control of either or both chambers of congress in the mid terms.
And if it gets passed, populists at or close to the poverty line get royally screwed.
Win win in either way.

I've heard it's not at all a repeal, more a tweaking. Looks like Obamacare is here to stay. A repeal is too much to hope for in our decaying world.
