Completed the GDP discussion, the manager is an &#&$& - nothing communicated during the meeting was going in my favor, but I did get that 'make an extra push in 2017, this is your year, time to excel' - I am sick of this, as I am hearing the same thing over an over. I actually think my mgr is a nice person that turned into an *#$&$& because that's what IBM conditioned her to be - her manager treated her this way, and I am sure she figured out that this rah-rah works just fine...
