Our bosses asked us what our degrees are in. They didn't mention us in the meeting. We should be worried.

Maybe they're looking to promote phcs to other roles or pilots if they have degree/licensing in place, so maybe it's a good thing!
I am an RN and was not told in any meeting that RN'S are safe! !
All hcmss have to be masters level, they made that change over a year ago, when a bunch of hcmss became phcs. Some hcmss have to be licensed to be able to work in restricted states, not sure if you're an hcmss why they would ask about your degree and college
I'm an hcmss and I didn't get that email. That information is all on our talent center and job applications
The HCMSS were asked about degree and what college we went to. There is more cuts coming and they are going to require licensures for MSW.
I am not the original poster, we got a generic email about clarification of degrees and licenses this with and I'm a PHC. But we could just be over sensitive. It's hard to tell.
I guess maybe I am being paranoid. But we are trash to Humana. How will we ever not wonder if our situation is secure?
I wonder if you are being extra sensitive to normal things. That could have meant many things. I didn't hear anything in meeting today specifically directed to ANY role, just that changes are coming, we are in challenging times etc etc. I would recommend being prepared for more cuts but that is advice I would tell everyone right now, and if they don't happen then you have lost nothing by being ready. In the meantime (and I am saying this to myself daily) just do your work, go home, and live your life. If cuts happen we already know that being a good performer doesn't make you immune.
Hmmmm. That's unsettling. Did your Coach say why?
I am a PHC. My coach asked us about our degrees yesterday.
It was All Associates meeting with more blah, doing great job, blah, doing magical work, blah, more challenging times ahead, blah, we look at employee surveys, blah. No employee surveys in a long time, they never address our concerns or needs or things that will benefit us while working in these system that they've spent millions on that aren't user friendly. They only use RNs for their lisences because that's how they get reimbursed, they are working us to death!
I am a PHC
Plus they had a meeting for some/all nurse telling them they weren't laying off nurses, what about us?
What is your role? Maybe they're looking to see what skill sets you have for a pilot?
