Nothing like adding insult to injury six months before getting a new "Master" but rumor has it that come May they are going to play "Production Russian Roulette".....AGAIN! Randomizing Supervisors, Leads, Specialists and MSO's. Don't bust your a-- to hard on those Lease Inspections and Bradenhead Tests because your run won't be yours for much longer. Just leave it for the next guy to do in true San Juan fashion! What a great way to boost morale in a failing business unit. Don't worry though, I'm sure they will toss you a burrito or a BBQ to earn your loyalty back after taking the shaft!

Hazing weeks in college? College? You think any of those hillbillies went to college? Try straight out of high school (if that), and right into "my daddy's line of work." Don't wanna stray too far from the lifeline. They're all "legacies" that think they're untouchable because they had their name on a desk 'back in the good ol days.' "No ones gonna get rid of me because I know everything there is to know about this industry."

New owner will release majority of us. We are way over-staffed. Most of the work is busy work and has been for a long time. Most of us have limited skills of value. Most of us are dependent on company bureaucracy for our paycheck. Sit around all day in worthless meetings, conducting worthless studies, worthless analysis. Keyword is worthless. New owner will not keep the worthless.
