Wait till the next phase.. The removal of over half the specialists. Besides crap work schedules and over worked with horrible medical benefits. Now they too will be the new CSA V's.
Can't just up and leave, even though I feel what was done was wrong. There are bills to pay , also health insurance is needed. I know my "new temp job" may just be that...but I will continue to do what is needed to get that pay check till I do find another job , if that is what it takes. I would not expect others to quit because I lost my job. My heart goes out to those that were caught off guard with what happened in January to the asm's and DM's. I am 59 and finding a new job will not be easy at my pay rate, age.
I agree! How do they still have any employees??? I would have already walked out if they had treated my fellow co-workers like I heard they treated the ones they let go. If every employee they had up and called in sick on the same day they may rethink how they treat their employees. Disgusting company.
Yesterday my old store fired an ASM that they held over. I doubt he will be getting a severance package.
Why are people still working there is what I can't figure out? Do they think they are special. Get your applications out there and stop working for such a despicable unethical company.
